Ensure compliance with established standards; guarantee adherence to current processes outlined in Work Instructions and training from the School of Excellence. Support talent development/succession planning at the site 12\. Collaborate with suppliers based on business requirements and monitor their performance 13\. Participate in customer audits 14\.
