The **Popular Atacadista** is looking for a professional to work as a **Systems Analyst** at our Fortaleza \- CE unit. We seek a proactive and analytical profile to support internal systems, automate processes, and manage databases—directly impacting the efficiency of our operations. Responsibilities and Duties * Providing Help Desk support for internal systems: Fortes, TOTVS ERP (Consinco line), and Acrux PDV, ensuring incident resolution and request fulfillment; * Automating operational processes using APIs and scripts; * Managing Oracle databases, writing SQL queries, and performing SQL analysis; * Participating in projects for system implementation, updates, and continuous improvement; * Administering and maintaining user registrations and access permissions. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related fields; * Prior experience with TOTVS ERP (Consinco line); * Knowledge of Oracle databases and SQL queries; * Experience with business rules in the Retail/Wholesale sector; * Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work effectively in teams; * Organizational skills and attention to detail.
