Job Summary: Professional to lead innovation projects, structure schedules and risks, facilitate monitoring rituals, and track experimentation KPIs. Key Highlights: 1. Leading innovation projects (POCs, pilots, and scaling) 2. Applying methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean Startup) 3. Bridging technical areas, business, and external partners **Your Responsibilities:** * Lead innovation projects (POCs, pilots, and scaling initiatives) * Structure schedules, risks, hypotheses, and success criteria * Facilitate monitoring rituals (squads, checkpoints, committees) * Ensure application of methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean Startup) * Monitor experimentation KPIs and learnings * Serve as a bridge between technical areas, business, and external partners * Support business case development with FP&A * Consolidate executive status and results reports **Requirements:** * Degree in Administration, Engineering, Technology, or related fields * Experience in project management (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban) * Knowledge of innovation frameworks * Ability to structure MVPs and experiments * Familiarity with tools such as Azure, ClickUp, Power BI Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: R$5.000,00 - R$10.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Life insurance Selection Questions: * This opportunity offers a hybrid work arrangement in Fortaleza, Ceará.
