MISSION: Produce meals offered at F&B outlets, following hygiene and safety standards according to Vila Galé's requirements. YOUR PROFILE: * High school or technical education in Gastronomy. * Knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP standards. * Experience in hot kitchen techniques. * Knowledge of international cuisines will be an advantage. * Experience in the role may include bakeries, pastry shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, markets, among others. * Experience in the hotel industry or large-scale production facilities will be an advantage. * Customer orientation, teamwork spirit, commitment to staff training, resource management, high sense of responsibility and urgency, good communication skills, organization, rigor, resilience, creativity. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Produce menu items, whether buffet or à la carte. * Maintain and care for department work equipment. * Guide and train kitchen assistants and helpers. * Plan productions according to orders. * Request necessary goods from responsible parties for production. * Occasionally create exclusive recipes for special events.
