




Job Summary: Technology professional to monitor infrastructure, manage incidents, and provide technical support, with a focus on observability and problem resolution. Key Highlights: 1. Basic troubleshooting on Linux and Windows servers Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in technology-related fields. * Availability to work as an individual microentrepreneur (MEI) or as a legal entity (PJ). * Relevant professional experience. * Prior experience in NOC or Helpdesk environments. * Knowledge of network monitoring tools. Responsibilities: * Monitor infrastructure using tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, GLPI, Amazon CloudWatch, and other observability tools. * Receive, log, and classify incidents, determining priority and impact. * Assist in resolving basic issues on Linux and Windows servers. * Provide technical support to end users and resolve network connectivity issues. * Maintain clear and efficient communication with users throughout incident resolution or escalation processes.
