RH Services Group is a company specialized in human resources solutions, offering services such as recruitment, selection, and HR management consulting. **Responsibilities:** Perform garment piece finishing, ensuring quality, aesthetics, and compliance with established standards. Carry out adjustments and corrections on finished or in-process garments according to technical instructions. Operate bias tape, straight stitch, and overlock sewing machines to perform seams, reinforcements, hems, topstitching, and various applications. Complete seam finishing, inspect seams, replace trims, and perform minor repairs. Verify measurements, alignment, symmetry, and final quality of garments. Identify and correct simple sewing or finishing defects. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and proper functioning of machines and workstations. Adhere to company-established safety, quality, and productivity standards. Perform other duties related to the position. Previous experience as a tailor, seamstress, dressmaker, or fashion designer may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this role. High school diploma required.
