Submit your resume and join us in building your path to success! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Fleet Management**: Monitor fleet size, track mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle service life. **Planning and Logistics**: Organize routes, optimize travel paths, and reduce transportation costs. **Preventive and Corrective Maintenance**: Develop maintenance schedules, supervise workshops, and ensure vehicles remain in good operating condition. **Cost Control**: Monitor expenses related to fuel, tolls, insurance, and maintenance, consistently seeking cost efficiencies. **Performance Indicator Monitoring**: Analyze fleet performance data, such as usage time, recurring failures, and productivity. **Driver Relations**: Serve as a liaison between drivers and management to ensure effective communication and prompt issue resolution. **Supplier Negotiation**: Engage with insurers, leasing companies, repair shops, and telematics providers to secure optimal terms. **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure all vehicles comply with documentation, licensing, and insurance requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Prior experience in fleet or maintenance management. Proficiency in logistics management systems and Excel. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical ability.
