**Position:** **Junior Field Electrical Systems Technician \- Quixeramobim**
**Description and Requirements**
Work location is at the Centro Norte Base; assigned municipality is Quixeramobim. Working hours are standard business hours, but on-call availability outside regular hours is required, including standby days during weekdays and weekends.
**Your Responsibilities:**
**In this role, you will be responsible for:**
* Promoting and supporting best practices in Safety, Health, Quality, and Environment
* Performing predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on substations
* Conducting visual and general inspections of installations and equipment \|
* Collecting information regarding equipment and the condition of installations
* Executing commissioning of new installations and equipment, ensuring functionality and operational readiness
* Operating electrical equipment in substations
* Supervising maintenance activities from technical and safety perspectives
* Conducting technical visits and providing technical support to other company departments
* Assisting in knowledge dissemination across the team
* Interacting with diverse departments and participating in focus groups
* Supporting the development of tools and process improvements for scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance
* Supporting the development and review of preventive maintenance criteria \|
* Supporting the development of standards and procedures for operational activities
* Operating and maintaining the grid in conjunction with the Power System
* Performing maintenance activities on substation equipment
* Participating in the planning and execution of visual and thermographic inspections to identify and classify criticality levels in substations
* Performing switching operations in substations under guidance from the Operations Center
* Supporting the development of substation maintenance schedules
* Conducting operational risk analysis in substations
**What We Expect From You:**
Basic Education: Technical degree in Electrotechnology
* Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable; Operation and maintenance of the grid in conjunction with the Power System — mandatory and required — NR10, NR33, NR35
* Experience: Experience in equipment and/or protection maintenance is desirable
* Additional profile information: Must be available to work on weekends, be on standby, and travel to respond to maintenance requests
* Driver’s license category B. Category D is a plus.
