Check out our openings! **Responsibilities and Duties** **ACTIVITIES** * Serve customers at the counter or by phone, applying negotiation techniques to identify their needs and successfully close sales; * Verify and inspect products with the customer alongside the invoice, checking quantities and volumes; * Support receiving, storing, and picking merchandise for customers. **Requirements and Qualifications** **REQUIREMENTS** ***Required*** * Completed High School; * Minimum 3 months of experience in customer service or sales. ***Preferred*** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sales or Customer Service; * Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or sales. ***Required Skills*** * Basic computer literacy; * Strong communication, teamwork, interpersonal relationship skills, persuasion, and organization. ***Preferred Skills*** * Microsoft Office suite, negotiation, and sales; * Leadership, public speaking, multitasking, and determination. **Additional Information** **SCHEDULE** * Monday to Friday, from 07:45 to 17:30; * Saturday, from 08:00 to 12:00. **BENEFITS** Transportation Allowance Meal Voucher Health Insurance On-site Meals Day Off Career Development Path Educa Damásio Growth Opportunities We have operated in the retail motorcycle parts industry for over 10 years and are currently experiencing steady expansion, with more than 13 stores across Piauí and Maranhão states.
