Area of Activity * HR - Business Partner Key Responsibilities * Support the coordination of People-related initiatives (onboarding; training); * Support and monitor talent management activities, such as learning programs (apprentices, interns, and trainees), and track recruitment processes to ensure alignment between managers and the Talent Acquisition team regarding the desired profile; * Collaborate in creating and updating communication and presentation materials supporting client-facing activities, promoting clarity and alignment in information; * Provide general support to the People team—with emphasis on administrative tasks; * Support the interface with the Benefits team; * Assist in analyzing and managing People Analytics data. Academic Qualifications * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology; Business Administration; Human Resources Management; or related fields. Requirements * Students enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with availability to intern for 1–2 years; * Availability to intern 30 hours per week (6 hours per day)—from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., in-person format in Caxias/MA. * English is not mandatory but is considered a plus!
