**Responsibilities:** * Plan, execute, and monitor technology projects with a focus on results and innovation; * Ensure efficient operation of networks, servers, and databases; * Ensure efficient operation of systems, APIs, and internal system projects; * Develop security, backup, and data recovery policies; * Structure and optimize processes based on best practices and compliance; * Coordinate technical teams, supervise contracts and outsourced services; * Act at a strategic level in resolving critical incidents, hands-on profile; * Evaluate and implement new technologies aligned with business needs. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree, MBA, or specialization in IT Management, Project Management, Information Security, or related areas is considered an advantage; * Knowledge of relational databases; * Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries for data analysis and manipulation; * Practical experience with project management methodologies such as PMBOK, SCRUM, and agile practices; * Knowledge of infrastructure: networks, servers, backup, cloud, and cybersecurity. **Employment Type:** * To be determined Job Type: Full-time Salary: R$6,170.97 – R$15,425.11 per month
