





**Your mission:** Provide technical support to the Continuous Improvement and Quality area by conducting analyses and journey mapping, performing diagnostics, and developing action plans to enhance efficiency and capability across the Company’s processes. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Drive efficiency and customer experience by identifying process and product improvement opportunities through in-depth analyses and mapping of various customer journeys; * Optimize product and tool performance by conducting data-driven root cause analyses to identify improvement opportunities; * Contribute to continuous process improvement by leading projects to implement identified and leadership-validated improvements and priorities; * Foster synergy and goal alignment across departments by collaborating to ensure delivery of area and Company objectives; * Accelerate ongoing operational enhancement within the area by prospecting and proposing new methods, processes, and technologies that optimize operational execution; * Support effective implementation of action plans in operations by designing, monitoring, and evaluating their execution and outcomes; * Improve long-term customer experience and operational efficiency by investigating systemic issues across various process stages and proposing corrective actions to increase productivity and quality; * Strengthen the culture of processes and continuous improvement within Operations by acting as a guardian of process and continuous improvement culture. **What we’re looking for:** * Bachelor’s degree completed — Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Solid experience in continuous improvement and process mapping within technology companies and/or customer-facing areas; * Experience managing continuous improvement projects; * Experience leveraging data and analytics to improve processes and customer experience; * Experience with agile methodologies, project management tools, and quality frameworks; * Experience serving as Product Owner (PO), Project Management Office (PMO), or Project Manager (PM) in projects. **Bonus points if you have:** * Experience applying agile methodologies; * Data tools (SQL, Tableau, G Suite). **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Online psychotherapy; * TotalPass; * Life insurance; * Meal allowance and food voucher (VA/VR); * Discount partnerships (universities and language schools); * Worry-free — diverse insurance options; * No dress code; **#JOINCONTABILIZEI** **Culture and Development = We Build Together** Believing that the success of entrepreneurial individuals is our success, Culture Guardians build daily the best place to work.
