Job Summary: Web Development Technical Leader to coordinate the team and serve as a technical reference, ensuring quality and scalability of technological solutions and leading the development of SaaS products. Development of SaaS products for digital governance We are seeking a Web Development Technical Leader to coordinate the development team at a technology company headquartered in Caxias do Sul/RS. The position offers CLT or PJ employment with negotiable salary \+ benefits. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:15 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 6:03 PM. The professional will act as the team’s technical reference, responsible for ensuring quality, scalability, and sustainability of the company’s technological solutions, as well as leading the team in developing SaaS products focused on digital governance—particularly within the public sector. **Responsibilities:** * Define and evolve system architecture (evolutionary monolith/microservices, where applicable); * Serve as technical mentor for the development team; * Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices (clean code, SOLID, design patterns); * Support critical technical decisions and resolution of complex problems; * Plan and track deliveries with the team (agile methodologies); * Ensure application quality, performance, and security; * Promote continuous improvement of development processes (CI/CD, testing, observability); * Develop new features and systems; * Evolve SaaS applications in cloud environments; * Integrate systems via APIs (REST/SOAP); * Optimize databases and performance; * Backend: Ruby/Ruby on Rails, Python (Django\-Flask), and other tools; * Frontend: JavaScript/React and other tools; * Databases: PostgreSQL and Redis; * Version control: Git; * Integrations: APIs, REST, and SOAP; * Infrastructure: Cloud (SaaS model); * Environment: Linux; * Trends: Applications leveraging AI. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields; * Solid web development experience (minimum 3 years); * Prior experience as a technical leader or senior developer with leadership responsibilities; * Experience in SaaS environments and scalable system architectures; * Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, Python (Django\-Flask) (or equivalent strong experience) and/or similar tools; * Experience with React or modern frontend frameworks; * Relational and non-relational databases; * System and API integration; * DevOps practices (CI/CD is a plus); * Application security knowledge; * Experience with government systems (GovTech) and/or SaaS systems; * Familiarity with digital administrative processes; * Experience with BI/geoprocessing; * Experience applying AI to systems. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Transportation/mobility allowance; * Education allowance; * Career development plan; * Innovative environment with accelerated growth.
