**Description:** Monitor the execution of technical service calls and ensure the quality of services provided. Provide technical support to coordinators and management in decision-making processes. Control the execution of maintenance contracts and outsourced services (e.g.: elevators, air conditioning, gardening, waste management). Prepare technical and managerial reports for results presentation and audit support. Support the control and updating of technical documentation, layouts, manuals, and assessments. Conduct field surveys for budgeting, renovation planning, and technical evaluations. Participate in procurement processes for materials and service contracting, including technical specifications and proposal comparisons. Assist in supervising construction and renovation works, ensuring compliance with project designs and technical standards (including ANVISA and NRs). Monitor execution schedules and support communication with other involved departments. Plan and monitor corrective and preventive maintenance activities. Control technical documentation.
