We are looking for a professional to serve as an external technician assistant, performing fiber-optic internet installations at our customers' homes. This position is ideal for those who enjoy working with technology and possess strong teamwork skills. Your main responsibilities will include: assisting technicians with fiber-optic installations, conducting equipment tests, explaining internet usage to customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements: To stand out in this opportunity, we seek a professional with: * Completed high school education (a technical background in Information Technology or Electronics is a plus). * Excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving ability. * Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail. * Availability to work under the CLT employment regime.
