Description: To participate in the selection process, the following are required: * Completed elementary education; * Certification in Drawing Reading and Interpretation (DRI); * Certification in Metrology. * Prepare the surface of the product to be painted, inspecting for residues and imperfections from the production process, applying components while minimizing excesses, performing isolation/masking with appropriate materials on parts and components, carrying out cleaning and verification to remove residues and release the product for the next stage; * Load parts onto hangers using automated/mechanical devices, transferring them properly to the painting process; * Unload parts from hangers after the painting process, packaging them in standard containers; * Release painted parts for dispatch, verifying quality and completing relevant documentation; * Perform washing and rinsing, adhering to work instructions and checklists, activating equipment to initiate the process, checking parameters, conducting measurements, and reporting any discrepancies to responsible personnel for adjustments; * Perform blasting of products, adhering to work instructions and checklists, activating machines and equipment to initiate the process, checking parameters, conducting measurements, inspecting surface roughness, hoses, and connections, and reporting any discrepancies to responsible personnel for adjustments; * Carry out Warehouse activities, delivering and releasing inputs in the system, entering data to ensure information accuracy, and printing documents/masks if necessary to support productive flow; * Request reservations of inputs/PPEs and materials for the process according to production orders, making necessary system entries to ensure inventory accuracy; * Be responsible for correctly completing relevant documents (checklists) and production orders related to the painting process; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, as well as ensuring proper maintenance of used machines, equipment, and PPEs; * Suggest improvements for daily issues, identifying opportunities while recognizing one’s scope of responsibility and involving responsible personnel for necessary follow-up actions, thereby contributing to continuous process improvement; 2512070202191909063
