Join Tabone! **Job Responsibilities:** Program images for production. Monitor and supply the digital printing machine with ink, varnish, and primer; operate machine controls to start processes; adjust machine parameters. Operate digital printing machines according to daily production schedules, ensuring adherence to defined print standards. Test color patterns by applying them to samples; measure and verify gloss and tone; suggest adjustments and improvements to colors until the desired standard is achieved; identify and confirm approved color standards. Identify and segregate defective raw materials or finished products; update and maintain organized files of standards and technical sheets as directed by immediate supervisor. Perform visual inspection of colors and compare materials against client-approved samples. Clean machines and equipment in the department; handle and dispose of splices; supply the department and machines with edges coming from the calendering department's stock. Test product adhesion, chemical resistance, and primer quality. Keep the workplace clean and organized. , High school diploma required; Experience in Digital Printing is desirable; Knowledge in Rotography, Offset Printing, Photoshop, CorelDraw, and Colorimetry will be an advantage.
