Join Tabone! **Job Responsibilities:** Program images for production. Monitor and supply the digital printing machine with ink, varnish, and primer; activate machine commands to start processes; adjust machine parameters. Operate digital printing machines according to daily production schedules, ensuring adherence to defined print standards. Test color patterns by applying them to samples, measure and verify gloss and tone, suggest adjustments and improvements to colors until desired standards are achieved, and identify approved color patterns. Identify and segregate defective raw materials or finished products, update and maintain an organized archive of standards and technical sheets as directed by immediate supervisors. Perform visual inspection of colors and compare materials against client-approved samples. Clean machines and equipment in the department, perform and dispose of splice waste, supply the department and machines with edges coming from the calendering department's stock. Test product adhesion, chemical resistance, and primer quality. Keep the work area clean and organized. , High school diploma required; Experience in Digital Printing is desirable; Knowledge of Rotography, Offset Printing, Photoshop, CorelDraw, and Colorimetry will be a plus. Availability to work Shift 2: 5:15 PM to 2:29 AM
