Monitor and supply the digital printing machine with ink, varnish, and primer, operate machine commands to start processes, adjust machine parameters. Operate digital printing machine according to daily schedule, ensuring adherence to defined print standards. Test color standards by applying them to samples, measure and verify gloss and tone, suggest adjustments and improvements to colors until desired standard is achieved, identify approved standard. Identify and segregate raw materials or finished products with issues, update and maintain organized files of standards and technical sheets as directed by immediate supervisor. Perform visual inspection of color and compare material approved by customer. Clean machines and department equipment, perform and discard splice, supply department and machines with edges coming from the calendering department stock. Test adhesion, chemical resistance, and primer of produced items. Keep workplace clean and organized. **Requirements** -------------- High school diploma completed; Experience in Digital Printing is desirable; Knowledge in Rotography, Offset Printing, Photoshop, CorelDraw, and Colorimetry will be a plus.
