If you value a collaborative environment focused on operational excellence and innovation, come be part of our journey! **EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FIXED-TERM POSITION.** **#YouAtRandoncorp #WeAreRandoncorp** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare the surface of products to be painted, inspecting for residues and imperfections from the production process; apply components while minimizing excesses; perform isolation/masking using appropriate materials on parts and components; carry out cleaning and verification to remove residues and release products for the next stage; * Load parts onto hangers using automated/mechanical devices, transferring them appropriately to the painting process; * Unload parts from hangers after the painting process and pack them in standard packaging; * Release painted parts for shipment, verifying quality and completing relevant documentation; * Perform washing and rinsing, following work instructions and checklists; activate equipment to begin the process; verify parameters; conduct measurements; report any discrepancies to responsible personnel for adjustments; * Perform blasting on products, following work instructions and checklists; activate machines and equipment to begin the process; verify parameters; conduct measurements; inspect surface roughness, hoses, and connections; report any discrepancies to responsible personnel for adjustments; * Carry out warehouse activities, delivering and releasing supplies in the system, entering data to ensure information accuracy, and printing documents/masks if necessary to support production flow; * Request reservations of supplies/PPE and materials required for the process according to production orders, entering required data into the system to ensure inventory accuracy; * Ensure correct completion of documents (checklists) and production orders related to the painting process; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, and ensure proper maintenance of used machinery, equipment, and PPE; * Suggest improvements for daily issues, identifying opportunities while recognizing your scope of authority and involving responsible personnel for necessary follow-up actions to contribute to continuous process improvement; **Requirements and Qualifications** **To participate in the selection process, candidates must have:** * Completed elementary education; * Certification in Drawing Reading and Interpretation (DRI); * Certification in Metrology. **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** * Shift 1: 7:12 AM to 5:00 PM. **EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FIXED-TERM POSITION.** #### **At Randoncorp, we believe the future is built by people.
