**Sabino & Concretize Engenharia e Pinturas Prediais** is hiring an **Engineering Assistant** to provide technical and operational support for construction projects, ensuring process control, quality, and organization both on-site and in the office.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support the engineer and site team in **planning, execution, and control** of activities.
* Conduct **quantity surveys and verification** (on-site measurements and validation of areas/services).
* Prepare and update the **daily construction log**, photographic records, and execution checklists.
* Monitor **schedules**, tracking physical progress, pending items, and team/material requirements.
* Support **material control** (requisitions, receipt, verification, and consumption).
* Assist in **quality and finishing**, performing inspections at various stages (surface preparation, corrections, primer application, coats, touch-ups, and final cleaning).
* Organize technical documentation: **Safety Data Sheets (SDS)**, product data sheets, procedures, reports, and project folders.
* Support client/condominium interface: **notices, access authorizations, and schedule alignments**.
* Support budgeting: **data collection, quotations, basic cost composition, and proposal organization**.
Requirements:
* Technical or undergraduate studies in **Civil Engineering** (or related fields), ongoing or completed.
* Basic/intermediate knowledge of **Excel/Google Sheets** (tables, control, and organization).
* Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and responsibility regarding deadlines.
* Availability to work **on-site** (visits and monitoring).
Advantages:
