Description: Requirements and qualifications Mandatory: * Solid experience as a backend or fullstack software engineer, working on modern and distributed solutions * Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript, with production-level API, microservices, and integration development * Experience with Nest.js, Next.js, DDD architecture, modularity, and context separation * Experience with Azure, including App Services, Redis, PostgreSQL, CI/CD, and observability tools * Knowledge of infrastructure as code and DevOps (GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, or similar) * Completed degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields * Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and technical leadership posture, even without formal management role Preferred Qualifications: * Previous experience as Tech Lead, leading squads or technical chapters * Certifications in architecture (Azure, TOGAF, etc.) or cloud computing * Experience with Kafka, Redis, caching strategies, and asynchronous events * Knowledge of SRE, observability, security, and FinOps practices * Experience with digital products in the financial sector or consortia industry * Participation in technical decisions regarding software lifecycle, scalability, and evolutionary architecture * Technical English proficiency for reading documentation and collaborating with external vendors Responsibilities and duties * Act as a technical reference for teams, taking a leading role in architectural decisions based on hands-on engineering experience * Define and evolve distributed architectures, focusing on scalability, modularity, security, and maintainability * Actively participate in the implementation of critical solutions (POCs, prototypes, refactoring, integrations, technical spikes) * Support squads with best development practices, code reviews, repository structuring, automations, and pipelines * Serve as a bridge between developers and architectural strategy, ensuring technical decisions align with business context * Work with modern tech stack: Node.js, TypeScript, Nest.js, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, Azure App Services * Contribute to defining and promoting common practices: structured logging, observability, security, automated testing, CI/CD * Participate in infrastructure planning, cloud provisioning, and cost and performance optimization strategies * Support the evolution of the DevSecOps pipeline in collaboration with infrastructure and engineering teams * Technically lead high-impact decisions involving developers, analysts, data engineers, and product teams * Contribute to architecture documentation, technical decision records, reusable patterns, and solution governance * Proactively engage in technical forums, squads, and agile ceremonies, influencing others through technical example 2511200202481879165
