We have openings for **MACHINE OPERATOR I at JOST Brasil – Caxias do Sul/RS**! **(Shifts 1 and 2)!** In this role, you will operate CNC machines, presses, and laser cutting machines. We are looking for someone eager to grow and make a difference! **#YouAtRandoncorp #WeAreRandoncorp #JoinJOST** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Fabricate parts and components for use in the production process, including setting, adjusting, and inputting coordinates to execute cutting, bending, stamping, and drilling operations; * Operate conventional machines and/or Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines by positioning parts and activating control mechanisms to begin operations; * Perform random sampling inspections of produced parts, measuring and visually verifying them, recording information on specific forms, segregating, identifying, and storing non-conforming and conforming parts in appropriate locations, and inspecting the remainder of the batch when necessary; * Monitor machine production processes continuously, ensuring operational functionality, making adjustments during operation as needed; * Report machine maintenance requirements; * Store produced parts in designated locations, accompanied by manually completed identification cards, delivering them to the next process and/or requesting forklift transportation; * Comply with safety regulations and procedures; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, as well as machines and equipment used; * Apply occupational safety, health, and environmental procedures in production processes and/or administrative activities, implementing improvements where applicable; * Perform additional tasks consistent with the nature and complexity of the position, as directed by immediate supervisors and/or internal demands. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Completed high school education; * LID course (Reading and Interpretation of Engineering Drawings); * Metrology course; * Knowledge of presses, laser cutting machines, and bending machines. **Preferred:** * Knowledge and experience in CNC lathe programming; * Computer literacy and technical courses in industrial fields; * CNC course and hands-on experience operating machines. **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** * Shift 1 – From 7:12 AM to 5:00 PM; * Shift 2 – From 5:00 PM to 2:12 AM. **Among the benefits offered by the company:** * Transportation; * Meals; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * On-site health center; * Profit-sharing program (PPR). #### **At Randoncorp, we believe the future is built by people.
