In this role, you will perform assembly tasks—including screwing, riveting, drilling, torque application, and others—under guidance and/or occasional supervision. Additionally, you will carry out area processes in compliance with specifications defined in work instructions. We seek someone eager to grow and make a difference! **#YouAtRandoncorp #WeAreRandoncorp #JoinJOST** **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform assembly of parts and components, including joining parts, screwing, torque application, packaging, and forwarding to the next process stage, among other necessary operations—while adhering to production volume requirements and instructions/procedures established in Work Instructions; * Move parts and/or components for assembly and/or external operations using carts, hoists, and other equipment; * Ensure quality of assemblies performed according to established standards; * Report operational difficulties encountered to your immediate supervisor to support continuous improvement of area processes; * Suggest and/or implement improvements to processes under your responsibility; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, machines, and equipment used; * Perform additional duties of similar nature and complexity as assigned by your immediate supervisor and/or internal demand; * Apply occupational safety/health and environmental procedures in production processes and/or administrative activities, implementing improvements where applicable. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Completed high school education; * Training in Drawing Interpretation and Reading (DIR); * Metrology training; * Proactivity to perform various assembly-related tasks. **Additional information** **Working hours:** * Shift 1: 7:12 AM to 5:00 PM; * Shift 2: 5:00 PM to 2:12 AM; * Shift 3: Monday from 12:00 AM to 7:12 AM; Tuesday to Friday from 2:12 AM to 7:12 AM; Saturday from 2:12 AM to 12:48 PM. **Among the benefits offered by the company:** * Transportation; * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * On-site health center; * Profit-sharing program (PPR). #### **At Randoncorp, we believe the future is built by people.
