**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Prepare and operate mechanical grinding machines according to the manufacturing routing sheet and work instructions; Follow technical drawings and manufacturing routing sheets to initiate the production process; Submit the first produced part for quality control approval; Conduct inspections on the remainder of the batch as pre-defined in the quality manual procedures; Perform minor maintenance repairs; Be responsible for safeguarding documents: production orders, manufacturing routing sheets, and technical drawings; Maintain care of company equipment, machines, tools, information, and materials; **REQUIREMENTS:** Experience operating cylindrical grinding machines; Knowledge of metrology and measuring instruments (micrometer). **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 4:25 PM to 8:30 PM and 9:30 PM to 1:35 AM **BENEFITS:** Chartered transportation, collective cafeteria, attendance bonus, health insurance, education assistance, profit-sharing plan.
