Job Summary: This role involves technical and operational support in technology, assisting with system development, maintenance, and process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in developing and maintaining automated spreadsheets using VBA, preparing management reports, performing database queries, and data handling. Knowledge Programming logic and software development; Basic understanding of backend development and system integration; Relational databases, SQL queries, and data manipulation; VBA routine development and maintenance, and spreadsheet automation; \-Basic understanding of code versioning using Git/GitHub; Functional testing and system validation; Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel; Responsibilities Serve and guide internal and external clients and suppliers. Classify, organize, process data, and prepare and store equipment, instruments, and materials for consultancy services and research and development projects, in accordance with pre-established standards and norms for quality, safety, environment, hygiene, and health. Prepare, schedule, operate, and maintain machines, equipment, and/or devices for consultancy services and research and development projects, in accordance with established standards. Assist in planning, conducting, and documenting destructive and non-destructive tests, in compliance with pre-established standards and norms. Assist in collecting and maintaining data and information within the scope of work, following pre-established processes and routines. Participate in the development, implementation, control, and updating of departmental processes. Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of planning, budgeting, and team management processes within the scope of work and/or integrated areas. Assist in inventory control of departmental materials. Serve and guide internal and external clients and suppliers.
