**Position:** UNIASSELVI Manager **Workplace**: Caxias do Sul \- Shopping Villagio **Weekly workload:** 44 hours per week **Monday to Friday:** 1:00 PM \- 5:00 PM / 6:00 PM \- 10:00 PM \- **Saturdays:** 8:00 AM \- 12:00 PM **Responsibilities and duties** * Coordinate hub activities, ensuring compliance with institutional and MEC requirements. * Respond to support tickets via OTRS. * Monitor the process of applying CPA for infrastructure and registering hub environments on the manager portal. * Provide support for the management excellence program regarding the infrastructure pillar. * Verify necessary data for the process of sending laboratories to hubs. * Monitor the re-enrollment process with tutors and hubs. * Monitor the systemic scheduling process with hubs. * Monitor the student dropout prevention process with tutors and hubs. * Monitor students requiring special attention together with tutors and hubs. * Assist other departments within the management team in carrying out operational activities. * Follow responsibilities outlined in the UNIASSELVI Manager Manual, specifically related to: * Training, recruitment, external tutors and educational interpreters, students and academics, customer service, * hub infrastructure, internships, and other demands related to your management area. **Requirements and qualifications** * Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) \- Basic to intermediate level, Basic Computer Skills. * Must hold a higher education degree (completed) and specialization. * Administrative experience, especially in the educational field. * Experience in commercial areas. * Higher-level professional experience. **Additional information** Is your goal to **transform lives** through **education**?
