Join the **Grupo Herval** team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Internal user support; * Assist employees with requests and issues related to physical IT equipment (computers, laptops, monitors, peripherals, etc.); * Log service tickets in the internal system and track them to resolution; * Prioritize support requests according to departmental guidance and severity levels. Hardware maintenance; * Diagnose, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment; * Assemble, replace, and install components (HDD/SSD, memory, power supplies, peripherals); * Verify machine functionality and ensure delivery to users in perfect working condition; * Assist with the physical installation of workstations, printers, and internal devices; * Support OS formatting, reinstallation, and configuration (Windows); * Perform basic setup of equipment for new employees; * Conduct functional testing and ensure equipment readiness for use; * Log and update all support interactions in the ticketing system; * Adhere to defined SLAs, ensuring speed and quality; * Document procedures, solutions, and basic equipment inventory; * Maintain organization, storage, and preservation of tools and materials; * Participate in area stand-up meetings when requested; * Report incidents, procurement needs, or recurring issues to management; * Comply with internal policies, safety protocols, and operational best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements: * Completed high school education (technical course in IT, computer maintenance, networking, or related fields preferred); * Prior experience in on-site technical support or hardware maintenance; * Knowledge of computer assembly, cleaning, maintenance, and repair; * Familiarity with Windows operating system configuration; * Ability to provide courteous, organized, and problem-solving-oriented support. * Advantages: * Completed technical training in Technology-related fields; * Experience with Service Desk or ticketing systems; * Basic knowledge of internal networks (cabling, connectors, routers). **Additional Information** **HERE’S A TIP:** * We’re looking for someone with natural leadership, who enjoys debating ideas and seeking ways to help both the company and colleagues continuously improve.
