This OPPORTUNITY is for YOU: Apprenticeship Instructor at CIEE\-RS! * Conduct training of young people in the apprenticeship program, following the program's methodology and guidelines; * Plan and deliver theoretical learning sessions, observing the methodology and the realities of each group; * Adapt and propose activities that encourage apprentices to go beyond the presented content, promoting reflection and developing workplace competencies; * Act as a mediator/facilitator in the learning process of adolescents and young people; * Promote and support apprentices' development, providing follow-up when necessary; * Record and monitor apprentices' attendance in theoretical training; * Perform required entries in the internal system; * Propose and participate in follow-up meetings with apprentices, companies, and other stakeholders; * Support critical analysis of processes within your area of responsibility, suggesting improvements when needed; * Provide support for other departmental activities when necessary. Requirements: Completed higher education or currently enrolled in final semesters of Administration, HR, Pedagogy, or Teaching degrees; Experience in education and working with youth is desirable; Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
