




Provide first-level support to computer and system users within the organization; • Identify and resolve hardware, software, and local network failures; • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on workstations, printers (drivers), and peripherals; • Install and configure Windows operating systems and common applications (Office, antivirus, browsers, etc.); • Create and maintain technical support tickets with service history; • Configure and operate audiovisual equipment; • Develop IT inventory; • Escalate issues that cannot be resolved at level N1; • Assist the infrastructure team with basic network and connectivity tasks; • Recover footage and provide basic support for CCTV systems (DVRs and NVRs); • Provide basic support for access control systems and turnstiles , Technical degree in Computer Science, Networking, or related fields; • Knowledge of installation/configuration of Windows, Office suite, printers, and network connectivity; • Good verbal and written communication skills; • Proactivity, organization, and focus on problem-solving; • Interest and empathy in supporting coworkers.
