Come to POLIRIM! **Responsibilities and duties** * Provide technical support to users regarding the use of internal systems; * Open, monitor, and resolve system-related service tickets; * Assist in identifying errors and instabilities by performing tests and reporting to the responsible department or software vendors; * Conduct training and guidance for employees on system functionalities; * Support the creation and updating of manuals, procedures, user instructions, and documentation for processes, ensuring compliance with ISO standards; * Collaborate with the infrastructure team when necessary, providing basic support for equipment, network, or software installations; * Perform other tasks as directed and requested by immediate supervisor; * Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area; * Work in compliance with quality, safety, hygiene, health, and environmental protection regulations. **Requirements and qualifications** **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** * Ongoing undergraduate degree in related fields. **DESIRED REQUIREMENTS** * Previous experience in technical support or IT infrastructure; * Experience in corporate environments providing support to internal users. **Additional information** * On-site restaurant; * Shuttle transportation; * Internal parking; * Unimed Health Plan; * SESI Dental Plan; * Good Card; * In-house medical services; * Education assistance; * Our working hours: 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM.
