Conduct timekeeping monitoring, overtime control, and leave management. Assist in the creation and verification of benefits (commuting allowance, meal vouchers, health insurance, among others). Develop HR reports and metrics related to payroll, turnover, and absenteeism. Collaborate with internal and external audits by providing required documents and information. Support other HR subsystems, such as recruitment and selection, onboarding, and training.
