**Description:** Perform part modeling according to guidance from coordination and the stylist. Carry out adjustments, enlargements, reductions, and pattern corrections. Verify measurements, propose technical solutions, and ensure that the modeling aligns with the brand’s DNA. Prepare patterns for pilot production: printing, verification, markings, and part separation. Assist in garment fitting on mannequins, analyzing drape, width, length, and proportions. Record modeling changes and updates in technical sheets and systems. Perform digital nesting of parts for consumption and cost analysis. Support fabric, binding, roller, and other trim consumption calculations. Create or adjust templates for internal and external sewing processes. Collaborate in preparing technical information for pilot production, cutting, and sewing departments. Assist in monitoring pilot production, verifying whether garments are being manufactured according to the modeling specifications. Inspect pilot garments and suggest corrections to improve feasibility, quality, and productivity. Organize and deliver pilot garments for Product Development approval. Develop and update technical sheets, ensuring complete and standardized information. Maintain organized digital and printed files (drive, tablets, spreadsheets, cost racks). Assist in reviewing showroom sample sheets and photo shoot garments. Organize patterns, prototypes, samples, and departmental materials. Assist in preparing sample cards for representatives.
