





**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Location:** Estoril, Belo Horizonte – MG **Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution:** * Develop and implement digital and offline marketing campaigns aligned with the agencies’ business strategies. * Create and manage institutional and promotional content to strengthen the brand and increase lead generation. * Lead the development of strategies for audience engagement, relationship building, and customer loyalty. * Coordinate paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads) and optimize performance based on data analysis. **Social Media Management and Digital Positioning:** * Create, schedule, and monitor social media posts, ensuring strategic and consistent communication. * Respond to interactions and comments, supporting customer and prospective buyer relationships. * Analyze metrics and engagement, suggesting improvements to optimize reach and conversion. **Agency Support:** * Address marketing demands from commercial agencies by creating customized materials and adapting campaigns according to each unit’s specific needs. * Develop presentations, institutional materials, and training programs aimed at reinforcing brand identity and messaging. * Provide support for internal campaign communications and internal marketing initiatives. **Communication Materials and Visual Identity Creation:** * Create and adapt graphic assets for social media, institutional materials, brochures, banners, and other communication materials. * Ensure brand visual identity is consistently applied across points of sale and promotional materials. * Oversee the graphic production of physical materials and promotional items, guaranteeing quality and adherence to deadlines. **Events and Promotional Activities:** * Plan and execute customer acquisition events, large-scale property fairs, and commercial initiatives. * Coordinate activations and strategic partnerships to reinforce the brand’s market presence. * Develop supporting materials for events and oversee logistics. Monitoring and Analysis * Track key marketing indicators and propose continuous improvements. * Prepare performance reports for campaigns, social media, and promotional activities, suggesting optimization strategies. * Stay updated on market trends, industry innovations, and new opportunities for brand growth. **Support the sales team with marketing materials and strategies.**
