




Description: Education * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Human Resources, People Management, or related fields; Required * Experience in Recruitment and Selection (R&S); * Experience in developing and analyzing reports; * Proficiency with Google tools (or Microsoft Office Suite). Desirable * Experience in strategic hiring (for Specialists, Coordinators, and Managers); * Knowledge of and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). * Conduct all stages of the recruitment and selection process—from aligning the job profile with hiring managers to extending the final offer to candidates; * Develop and implement talent attraction strategies for open positions, utilizing active sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized platforms), job board postings, social media, and other innovative approaches; * Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates best matching the position requirements; * Conduct competency-based interviews, group dynamics, and other assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical and behavioral competencies; * Maintain consistent, aligned communication with hiring managers to ensure smooth progression of selection processes; * Provide constructive feedback to candidates—both those selected and those not selected—to continuously improve candidate experience; * Contribute to strengthening our employer brand by participating in career fairs and other recruitment events; * Monitor and analyze key Recruitment and Selection metrics (e.g., SLA compliance, reduction in turnover, Gupy usability, diversity); * Propose and implement continuous improvements to processes and tools to enhance optimization, efficiency, and hiring outcomes. * Actively collaborate in strengthening the employer brand at career events, fairs, and employer branding initiatives. 2512070202191851929
