




Description: * Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Networks, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Experience providing customer support via phone and email. * Knowledge of operating systems. * Experience with agile delivery. * Availability to work on a 12x36 operational schedule, on-site during the night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, in the Faria Lima region. * Manage crises and critical incidents. * Issue crisis and critical incident notifications through the company’s official channels throughout their entire lifecycle. * Create and review monitoring, alerts, and dashboards for PagBank’s transactional flow. * Provide customer support via phone and email for all three types of payment methods (TEF, POS, and WEB). * Collaborate with the commercial team and TEF client automation to retain and attract new customers. * Conduct regular testing in the environment (transactional flow). 251207020219627138
