Description: To participate in the selection process, the following are required: * Completed postgraduate degree; * Experience in production processes within companies in the same segment; * People management; * Intermediate English; * Knowledge/Certification in: Quality Management Systems, Lean Production Systems and Production Management; In this role, your main responsibilities will be: * Lead people through the team management and processes model, focusing on development, autonomy, and appreciation of intellectual capital. * Contribute to achieving the financial targets defined for the Business Unit (Income Statement - DRE), managing its units through control of the matrix budget and applicable accounting reports (GGF, Hour Rate, Idle Time, among others). * Coordinate production teams and available physical resources to achieve operational indicators (safety, quality, and productivity) with the objective of meeting and exceeding planned targets. * Seek cost reduction actions, innovation, and technological development of equipment and products through analysis and optimization of processes. Operate in adherence to standard operations, in synergy with other interfacing areas. * Support scenario planning by assisting in strategic planning. * Encourage the growth and development of the work team through feedback and teamwork. * Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines through recommendations described in the Integrity policies. * Act as the communication link between the company (values, guidelines, and goals) and production teams, and vice-versa, aiming for transparency and mutual understanding of transmitted and received information, as well as positively influencing organizational climate and engagement. * Achieve monthly the company's established performance indicator targets, taking into account sales mix, and available financial and human resources. * Maximize resources effectively in decision-making due to process complexity, competitiveness, and available time. * Support strategies and contribute to business advocacy. 2510160202251812241
