Responsibilities and Duties * Lead projects migrating legacy environments and applications to Microsoft Azure cloud platforms and related services. * Participate in innovation and product development projects for the company and its clients. * Implement and optimize application and data development and operations processes. * Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and/or Bicep. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and migration of systems and applications to cloud-native or compatible models. * Monitor and optimize the performance of systems migrated to the cloud; propose improvements and updates. * Ensure security, reliability, and compliance of data and applications during and after migration. * Provide specialized technical support and training on new technologies and processes related to your expertise. * Stay up-to-date and obtain relevant certifications aligned with the company’s areas of interest, according to the plan developed with your leadership. Requirements and Qualifications * Proven experience in DevOps and Cloud Transformation. * Knowledge of infrastructure and database migration. Skills in infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation tools. * Ability to work proactively and systematically, handling multiple projects and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. * Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills. * Intermediate English proficiency for reading and writing, and essential oral communication skills. 2511300202181895932
