Develop automations and/or applications that generate positive impacts on the user experience through operational process optimization, scalability gains, and value addition to the Cooperative. **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor the progress of current automations and systems. * Support teams in implementing new automations and integrations across different solutions. * Assist in resolving problems and incidents related to automation tools and systems. * Draft, review, and maintain technical and functional documentation for developed systems. * Monitor and analyze the performance of implemented solutions, proposing improvements. * Support business areas in gathering requirements for new automations and systems. * Document functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring clarity for development. * Support the creation of simple workflows and diagrams to represent processes and integrations. * Perform basic (functional) tests to validate deliverables prior to deployment. **Requirements and qualifications** **Education:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Computer Engineering, or related fields. **Technical knowledge:** * Programming logic; * Development with **Python**, **Java**, and **Kotlin**. * Process automation (RPA). * Relational databases: **SQL** and conceptual modeling. * System integration via **REST API**. * Front-end languages and frameworks: **Angular** and related libraries. * Version control tools: **Git/GitLab**. **Desired skills:** * Ability to interpret requirements and document solutions. * Knowledge of functional testing and delivery validation. * Strong communication skills for interaction with business and technology teams. * Organizational skills to maintain up-to-date documentation. **Additional information** Residence in Capanema/PR is desirable. **Nice to meet you—we are Sicredi.** Our journey began over 120 years ago as Brazil’s first cooperative financial institution.
