To join our group, visit https://careers.accor.com/ Job Description* **Support for continuous improvement projects:** Participate in initiatives to optimize processes and enhance organizational efficiency. * **Monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs):** Track and analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities. * **Analysis of operational data:** Structure data and conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support strategic decisions. * **Process mapping and documentation:** Assist in mapping workflows, documenting procedures, and identifying bottlenecks. * **Support in implementing improvements:** Monitor the execution of continuous improvement projects, ensuring proposed solutions are implemented as planned. * **Process automation:** Participate in analyzing and suggesting automation of repetitive tasks using tools and technologies that optimize workflow. * **Preparation of functional specifications:** Support the development of functional specification documents for RPA (Robotic Process Automation). * **Workflow development:** Review and build workflows. * **Support services:** Respond to support requests and manage the department’s service ticket queue. Qualifications* **Proficiency in specific tools:** Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and advanced Excel), macro development, Power BI, SQL, or other data analysis tools. Database knowledge is considered a plus. * **Continuous improvement methodologies and project management:** Basic knowledge or interest in methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kanban, Scrum, or PMI. * **Analytical ability:** Focus on solving complex problems through a structured approach—analyzing data and proposing effective solutions. * **Proactivity and initiative:** Identify issues and propose solutions without requiring constant supervision. * **Teamwork:** Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with various stakeholders. * **Organization and attention to detail:** Essential for managing multiple concurrent projects and ensuring accuracy in analyses. * **Effective communication:** Ability to clearly and concisely present analyses and improvement proposals. * **Languages:** Intermediate or higher proficiency in English and/or Spanish is considered a plus. Additional Information **Academic Background:** Students pursuing degrees in Computer Engineering / Industrial Engineering; Information Systems; Computer Science; or other technology-related fields.
