This professional will focus on performing activities related to product/raw material inspection, as well as developing/implementing quality management tools and models, with emphasis on adopting continuous improvement policies and techniques. This opportunity specifically targets positions at the Brinox Group's headquarters in **Caxias do Sul\-RS**. **Responsibilities and duties** * Inspect raw materials/products according to predefined requirements; * Support the development and implementation of quality control models, tools, and inspection plans, focusing on continuous improvement policies and techniques; * Report inspection results to leadership to develop prevention and correction plans; * Provide support during certifications with Inmetro and other OCPs for related products; * Develop, review, and keep updated procedures, policies, manuals, and work instructions; * Assist with NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and CARs (Corrective Action Requests), monitoring action plans for indicators; * Provide guidance to employees from all areas regarding internal quality management system norms and procedures; * Monitor internal and external audits; * Open and monitor corrective and preventive actions in the production process to address any non-conformities detected internally or by customers; * Control process and supplier test certificates; * Contribute to the development of various activities when necessary or requested by superiors; * Comply with quality system procedures, company disciplinary rules, and safety standards. **Requirements and qualifications** It is mandatory that you have: * Higher education, technical or technological degree incomplete or in progress in Quality Management, Industrial Processes, Materials Engineering, Production Engineering, Administration, or related fields; * Experience in the quality area; * Ability to interpret ISO standard requirements. It will be a differentiator if you have: * Knowledge of stainless steel forming processes; * Familiarity with Quality Tools (MASP, 5S, 5W1H); * ISO9\.001:2015 Auditor course; * Knowledge of Lid and Metrology; * Experience in Product Certification \- INMETRO regulations. **Additional information** **Position requires on\-site work at the Brinox Group headquarters in Caxias do Sul\-RS.** **Shift: Monday to Thursday from 7:10 AM to 5:10 PM and Friday from 7:10 AM to 4:10 PM\.** So, your place is right here with us!
