Behavioral Competencies: * Teamwork * Problem Analysis and Solving * Investigative Ability The main responsibilities of the Strategy and Performance Analyst II are: * Critically analyze reports, documents, and area indicators, forwarding them to responsible parties for validation and adjustments when necessary, providing and presenting them to business units, ensuring data accuracy and reliability; * Prepare, manage, and control matrix expenses within the procurement area, monitoring entries to ensure alignment between actual and planned figures; * Ensure compliance with the strategic planning schedule and milestones, guaranteeing information accuracy and coordinating/interface with Business Units and Holding; * Guide the team under your responsibility on technical and operational aspects, prioritizing, planning, distributing tasks, and monitoring execution to ensure achievement of established goals; * Provide technical guidance to other members of Corporate Procurement regarding detailed methodologies and controller techniques; * Ensure consolidation and analysis of inflation projections and cost reductions, as well as simulation data, to guarantee information accuracy and quality, contributing to decision-making processes; * Coordinate with business unit controllers to ensure that information related to inflation and cost reductions is understood and validated; * Lead, manage, and influence cost reduction project management with multidisciplinary teams and focal points from units by conducting meetings, analyzing, updating, presenting, and building cost reduction project timelines. 2511220202461682444
