Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage Dexco’s Whistleblower Channel (receipt, analysis, and handling); * Conduct investigations into behavioral complaints and provide support to individuals using the Channel, as well as liaise with managers and partner areas to gather information (conducting interviews and meetings, collecting data, cross-referencing databases, drafting memoranda, monitoring action plans); * Manage and update Whistleblower Channel indicators and dashboards; * Develop and update reporting presentations on activities for committees and collegiate bodies; * Deliver training sessions and other awareness initiatives related to the Whistleblower Channel, ethics, and integrity. You will be responsible for managing the operation of Dexco’s Whistleblower Channel, ensuring impartiality, confidentiality, and transparency, as well as conducting investigations into behavioral cases.
