Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage Dexco’s Whistleblower Channel (receipt, analysis, and handling); * Conduct investigations into behavioral complaints and provide support to individuals using the Channel, as well as liaise with managers and partner areas to gather information (conducting interviews and meetings, collecting data, cross-referencing databases, drafting memoranda, monitoring action plans); * Manage and update Whistleblower Channel indicators and dashboards; * Develop and update reporting presentations on activities for committees and collegiate bodies; * Deliver training sessions and other awareness initiatives related to the Whistleblower Channel, ethics, and integrity. You will be responsible for managing the operation of Dexco’s Whistleblower Channel, ensuring impartiality, confidentiality, and transparency, as well as conducting investigations into behavioral cases. As a senior professional, you are expected to serve as a technical reference point, including supporting other analysts. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree (fields with higher synergy: Law, Business Administration, International Relations, Engineering); * Experience leading investigations into complaints and/or other Whistleblower Channel matters, including management of reports/incidents/action plans; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and in creating and managing dashboards/indicators using Power BI; * Desired: coursework or certifications in compliance/risk management, regulatory compliance, or investigations; * Strong critical and analytical skills, and effective oral and written communication; * Ethical conduct, discretion, and confidentiality. **Additional Information** Aligned with our organizational culture, we **care for life wherever it is**.
