





**Key Responsibilities** Register items, bills of materials, and production routings in the **FOCCO ERP** system. Develop, review, and standardize production processes and new product development processes. Conduct **time-motion studies**, collect cycle times, and optimize workstations. Prepare and update **assembly, testing, packaging, and labeling instructions**. Create and maintain **production routings and checklists**. Map processes (flows, BPMN, flowcharts) and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Monitor process KPIs, perform analyses, and propose action plans. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Production Planning & Control (PCP), and Production departments on technical projects and improvements. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, including participation in audits. Fully utilize the **FOCCO ERP** system and other corporate tools for process management. Train teams on newly implemented processes, instructions, and standards. Prepare technical reports and presentation materials summarizing results for management. **Mandatory Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with emphasis on Processes, Information Systems, or related fields. **Desirable:** Postgraduate degree in Continuous Improvement, Quality Management, Lean, or related areas. **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years in industrial processes or process engineering. Hands-on experience with time-motion studies, process standardization, development of work instructions, and continuous improvement projects. Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably **FOCCO**). Experience in data analysis, KPI development, and identification of production bottlenecks. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience in the industrial sector or technology-driven manufacturing companies. Prior involvement in ERP implementation or optimization initiatives. Certification in **Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or equivalent)**.
