Key Responsibilities: * Monitor and interpret regulations, laws, resolutions, ordinances, and other normative acts issued by regulatory agencies (e.g., ANTT), ministries, and oversight bodies; * Prepare technical studies, legal opinions, and regulatory analyses to support the company’s strategic decision-making; * Track changes in the regulatory framework and assess their impacts on existing concession contracts; * Participate in meetings with regulatory agencies, public authorities, and other institutional stakeholders; * Draft and review technical documents submitted to public administration, such as requests for economic-financial rebalancing, contractual revisions, and responses to official notices; * Monitor tariff review processes, contractual amendments, and administrative proceedings before regulatory entities; * Provide legal and technical support to internal departments on regulatory matters affecting concession operations; * Contribute to the drafting and analysis of contracts, agreements, and cooperation terms with public entities; * Ensure all regulatory obligations are fulfilled and maintain updated regulatory compliance databases. 2512070202191852045
