Description: * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Punctuality, organization, attention to detail, and commitment; * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; * Basic knowledge of Excel; * Preferably residing in Guaratinguetá-SP. Support administrative and financial routines, ensuring organization, updating, and control of departmental information; Assist in monitoring financial indicators, contributing to analyses and reporting; Provide initial support in collections activities, monitoring delinquent customers and assisting in negotiations; Contribute to populating, updating, and maintaining control spreadsheets; Support tax-related routines, including organizing, verifying, and controlling tax and financial documents to ensure compliance; Maintain document organization, digitization, and archiving to facilitate audits, month-end closings, and internal requests; Perform other activities compatible with internship development.
