





**Your mission as a Contabilíder:** Contabilíders are responsible for disseminating the Contabilizei culture and promoting the development and sense of ownership among Guardians and Guardianas. Therefore, it is essential that each leader communicates effectively to reinforce relationships with their teams and possesses analytical vision to ensure high-quality deliverables and results. Our leadership must also work in a planned manner with a future-oriented perspective, anticipating needs and resolving problems across diverse scenarios. Lead and guide the advisory team focused on clients with employees, ensuring excellent consultative service to clients—with emphasis on information quality, legal compliance, and customer experience. Develop strategies that ensure operational efficiency, sustainable growth, and high levels of satisfaction, aligning all activities with the company’s goals and values. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Payroll Consultative Support: Coordinate the advisory team and analysts responsible for addressing client inquiries and requests related to payroll, accounting, and tax processes. Focus on payroll sub-processes such as hiring, terminations, vacations, benefits, social charges, eSocial, and ancillary obligations. Ensure service is agile, accurate, and compliant with current legislation, guaranteeing clarity of information and customer satisfaction. * Team Leadership: Coordinate, develop, and motivate advisors and analysts, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment aligned with company values. * Customer Service: Deliver empathetic, efficient, and consultative service, strengthening client relationships and promoting retention. * KPI Management: Define and monitor productivity, quality, and SLA targets and KPIs, using data to support decisions and drive continuous improvement. * Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all services and guidance comply with current legislation, identifying risks and proposing solutions. * Process Improvement and Innovation: Map and optimize service workflows and internal processes, pursuing automation, standardization, and efficiency. * Training and Development: Promote technical and behavioral training for the team, ensuring ongoing updates on legislation, systems, and industry best practices. * Internal and Partner Collaboration: Collaborate closely with HR, Accounting, Tax, Legal, and Technology departments, as well as vendors and strategic partners. * Conflict Resolution and Communication: Address critical situations with empathy and objectivity, maintaining transparent, respectful, and results-focused communication. * Management Reporting and Analysis: Prepare performance reports and metrics, delivering insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
