***Responsibilities*** * Receive, inspect, and store warehouse materials to meet the company’s operational requirements. * Record material receipts in the ERP system to maintain accurate stock balances for inventory control and traceability. * Pick and prepare materials according to issued picking orders, making them ready for customer dispatch. * Issue invoices (NF), inspect externally supplied materials, and arrange transportation services. * Update inventory records to reflect outgoing shipments, ensuring proper tracking of pickup and delivery activities and timely fulfillment of customer needs. * Participate monthly in physical inventory counts of stored materials for inventory control and subsequent accounting purposes. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace, ensuring proper warehouse organization. ***Requirements*** * Solid understanding of administrative procedures. * Knowledge of billing, invoices (NF), and ERP systems. * Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Excel. * Completed high school education; technical qualification in Logistics is a plus. * Must reside in Sumaré or Hortolândia. * Prior experience and knowledge working in metallurgical companies.
