This opportunity is on-site at our Caxias do Sul/RS unit.**What will we build together?** * Portfolio profitability analysis – pricing strategy, product definition, support costing for commercial negotiations, profitability reports by product family and customers; * Analysis of footprint, pricing, and Aftermarket strategies; * Financial evaluation for growth and/or productivity investment projects (payback, NPV, CFROG); * Cost management in the system and critical analysis of quotations for new products; * Management of the annual transfer price update process and local and End-to-End profitability information; * Periodic monitoring of cost and expense behavior against the budget through trend analyses; * Assess risks and opportunities impacting the budget; * Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results; * Collaborate with cost center owners to ensure proper budget tracking and provide financial support to internal clients; * Prepare supporting documentation required for provisions and reserves; * Monitor corporate policies and procedures to ensure compliance; * Update reports in financial reporting systems; * Analyze business financial performance indicators; * Represent the Controller in forums related to budget management; * Analyze industrial costs and intercompany costs; * Analyze inventory. **What we are looking for** * Completed bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management Processes, Business Administration, or Economics; * Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Knowledge of tax and accounting principles. .
