Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market.**Job Responsibilities:** The Integrated Management System (IMS) Analyst will be responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s management systems, ensuring compliance with standards, legal requirements, and internal policies, while promoting a culture of quality, safety, environment, and other IMS pillars.### **Key Responsibilities** * Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the IMS (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, among others). * Develop, review, and control IMS documentation (procedures, instructions, policies, and records). * Plan and conduct internal IMS audits, as well as monitor external and customer audits. * Monitor IMS performance indicators, supporting management reviews and action plans. * Track and address nonconformities, corrective actions, and preventive actions. * Ensure compliance with applicable legal and other requirements. * Support IMS-related training and awareness initiatives. * Serve as the focal point for internal departments, promoting alignment and standardization of processes. * Participate in continuous improvement projects and corporate initiatives related to the IMS. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields. * Knowledge of management system standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF, or similar). * Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC) * Knowledge of CQIs * Familiarity with Fiat and GM customer requirements * Experience conducting internal and external audits * Experience in industrial/automotive environments **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** ---------------------------------- At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
